
On Sat., May 24, the White County Garden Club rented a 15-passenger van and headed to Cheekwood Botanical Gardens in Nashville. The weather was PERFECT, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL, and everyone had an enjoyable day. Anyone here look familiar?

Of all the flowers I saw, this was my very favorite. It was quite tall and a two-toned lavender, and grew in clumps. It is likely acanthus-mollis, I've been told. |
